AI Software Engineer - Senior

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning tools for predictive modeling, natural language processing, and generative AI applications.
• Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment processes ensuring high accuracy, scalability, and robustness across diverse datasets.
• Implement big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Talend, and other ETL tools to process large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Develop database schemas and design SQL databases to support data analytics and AI model integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging AWS cloud services for machine learning deployment and management.
• Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes using R, SAS, or similar statistical tools to inform model development and validation strategies.
• Optimize AI models for scalability and performance in cloud environments while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
• Utilize data mining techniques and linked data principles to enhance model accuracy through enriched datasets.
• Contribute to the development of AI implementation strategies that incorporate natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI techniques.
• Maintain thorough documentation of algorithms, processes, and system architecture to facilitate ongoing improvements and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience as an AI Software Engineer or Data Scientist, strong experience in model training, front deployment, and software engineering in frontend, backend.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA is a plus for automation tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL databases along with experience in database design for analytics applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or comparable platforms for model deployment and management.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques combined with experience in statistical analysis tools like R or SAS for research-driven insights.
• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis to solve real-world problems.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-disciplinary teams on complex projects involving data analytics, AI implementation, and system scalability.
