We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in test automation, framework development, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing.

Required Skills

✅ 15+ years of experience in QA and test automation

✅ Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

✅ Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks

✅ Expertise in API testing, microservices, SQL, and database validation

✅ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

✅ Strong knowledge of automation framework design, quality metrics, and test reporting

✅ Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing

✅ Ability to lead automation initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Quality dashboards: Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
• Docker, Kubernetes, performance testing, and AI/LLM validation
