Language: English | Bilingual (preferred) The AI & Digital Transformation Engineer – Manufacturing is responsible for supporting and driving the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital technologies across manufacturing and business operations. This position bridges engineering, business processes, information technology, project management, and emerging digital solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and operational visibility.

The role focuses on translating business needs into practical technology solutions and managing initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle, from

requirements gathering and solution definition to pilot testing, deployment, user adoption, and performance measurement. Technologies may include manufacturing and warehouse management systems, enterprise applications, workflow automation, artificial intelligence (AI), generative AI, AI agents, business intelligence, and robotics. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, engineering, and project execution skills, with a hands-on approach to implementation and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage implementation partners, resolve issues, and deliver measurable business results. Advanced programming or AI model development expertise is not required; the priority is the ability to understand technology, identify business opportunities, and successfully implement solutions. Responsibilities

Digital Transformation and Process Improvement Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve manufacturing and business operations through digitalization, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend technology-enabled improvements. Translate operational challenges and business

requirements into actionable technical solutions and implementation plans. Support the development, prioritization, and execution of the company's digital transformation roadmap. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, and external technology partners to implement improvement initiatives. Promote practical, scalable, and sustainable digital solutions aligned with business objectives. Enterprise Systems and Technology Implementation Support and coordinate the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of systems and technologies, including: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). STU and material handling systems. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related enterprise applications. Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Claude and other generative AI platforms. AI agents and intelligent workflow automation. Business intelligence, dashboards, and data analytics. Industrial automation, robotics, and data integration solutions. Key implementation

requirements. Develop process maps, workflows, and functional specifications. Coordinate system configuration, integration, and implementation activities with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot deployments, and validation of business

requirements. Prepare implementation schedules, go-live plans, training materials, and operational documentation. Track implementation issues, coordinate corrective actions, and support issue resolution. Facilitate user training, adoption, and change management. Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement. Project Management and Execution Develop project plans, milestones, action items, implementation schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain accountability for assigned tasks and commitments. Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, resources, and expected business outcomes. Proactively identify risks, delays, dependencies, and implementation gaps, and coordinate mitigation plans. Follow up with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Maintain project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation. Prepare project updates and presentations for management reviews and executive stakeholders. Drive initiatives from business

requirements through implementation, user adoption, and measurable results. Key expectation: Demonstrate ownership of project execution by proactively following up on commitments, resolving barriers, coordinating stakeholders, and driving initiatives toward successful completion. Data Analytics, KPIs, and Business Impact Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Analyze operational data to evaluate project effectiveness and identify additional improvement opportunities. Develop or coordinate dashboards and reports to communicate implementation progress and business performance. Measure changes in productivity, quality, operating costs, cycle time, process efficiency, and user adoption. Support return-on-investment (ROI) calculations, cost-benefit analyses, and business case development. Document project results and provide recommendations for scaling successful solutions across operations. Ensure that implemented technologies deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
