Quality Lead

Scale is looking for a Quality Lead to ensure top-tier data quality across our Generative AI programs. In this role, you will partner directly with Scale’s Delivery teams to ensure that the Quality Team’s core operation runs smoothly and that only high-quality data is delivered to our customers. You will: Lead and develop teams of quality control auditors. Partner with delivery teams to interpret and improve customer requirements. Oversee day-to-day operations, including workload allocation and
