The Experience
As a Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect on Qualified’s Customer Success team (part of Salesforce), you’ll own the successful implementation and adoption of our Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers, working hands-on with Piper — our AI SDR Agent — to transform how customers run sales and marketing. This is a hands-on implementation and architecture role , not a traditional support function. Remote, based out of UK, supporting our European customer base.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Architect customer solutions that integrate Qualified with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), and GTM systems — designing lead flows, routing logic, qualification criteria, and data architecture for 30–60 day implementations
- Lead customers end-to-end through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper, working across marketing and sales teams to ensure clean data, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes
- Design lead lifecycle systems — from capture through qualification and handoff — including lead scoring models, lead-to-account attribution, and multi-touch campaign tracking
- Build integrations and automations that connect Salesforce, marketing automation, and Qualified seamlessly, using APIs, webhooks, and platform-native connectors where appropriate
- Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle — running Strategic Business Reviews, driving renewal/expansion conversations, and using pipeline and engagement data to optimize performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring customer feedback back into the platform
You’re Our Person If...
- You have 5–7 years of hands-on experience (Success Architect) or 7–10+ years (Sr. Success Architect) in marketing operations, revenue operations, solutions consulting, or technical implementation roles — with real depth in marketing automation and Salesforce integration
- You have deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and modern marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Eloqua) — not just surface-level; you should be comfortable designing lead flows, scoring logic, and integrations
- You understand lead lifecycle architecture, lead routing, attribution modeling, and data governance — the operational foundations that make Piper succeed
- You’re comfortable with technical implementation concepts: APIs, webhooks, data mapping, UTM frameworks, CRM field architecture, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
Even Better If...
- You hold a Salesforce Admin certification
- You have hands-on experience with Qualified, Piper, or similar AI-driven conversational marketing platforms
- You’ve worked in a revenue operations or marketing operations role where you owned systems, integrations, and GTM tech stacks — not just managed processes
- You come from a high-growth B2B SaaS environment where you’ve managed multiple concurrent customer implementations and cared deeply about data quality and scalable processes
- You have experience with lead routing platforms (LeanData, ChiliPiper, etc.) or marketing automation workflows at scale
- You think like an architect, not just an executor — you ask “how do these systems talk to each other?” and “what data flows do we need?” before diving into the work
- You speak additional European languages — useful for supporting our broader customer base across EMEA
