- Define target users, journeys, value propositions and adoption outcomes; maintain a prioritized backlog grounded in evidence, dependencies, risk and business value
- Partner with senior Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, Design and Commercial leaders to establish priorities, trade-offs, decision rights and measurable outcomes
Deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities
- Lead product definition and delivery for capabilities such as agent discovery and marketplace, runtime and orchestration, policy controls, auditability, observability, semantic services, data connectors, APIs or developer tooling
- Work with engineering and architecture leaders to convert strategy into product increments, acceptance criteria, operating requirements and release plans
- Champion modularity, interoperability, extensibility and model/provider flexibility so capabilities can support internally built, partner and third-party agents
- Ensure product requirements address reliability, security, performance, scalability, cost management, accessibility, supportability and operational resilience
Embed governance, policy and trust by design
- Define product requirements for agent onboarding, testing, certification, deployment, monitoring, change management, suspension and retirement
- Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Responsible AI teams to embed identity, authorization, policy enforcement, traceability, audit evidence and human oversight into product design
- Establish risk-tiered controls and user experiences appropriate to agent actions, data sensitivity and business impact
- Ensure governance requirements are translated into usable, scalable platform mechanisms rather than manual or one-off processes
Drive customer discovery and commercialization readiness
- Lead discovery with internal users and prospective external customers to validate priority workflows, adoption barriers, integration needs and differentiated capabilities
- Convert discovery evidence, market signals and product telemetry into roadmap decisions, release priorities and product-market fit hypotheses
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Strategy, Implementation, Support and Customer Success teams on packaging, metering, service readiness, documentation and launch planning

Build ecosystem and developer experience
- Define product experiences that enable approved agents, tools and integrations to be discovered, provisioned, governed and measured consistently
- Shape APIs, SDKs, test environments, reusable services, documentation and implementation patterns that accelerate safe development and integration
- Partner with internal development teams, technology providers and ecosystem participants while preserving architectural integrity, platform independence, customer trust and appropriate data and intellectual-property boundaries
Own outcomes and lead cross-functional execution
- Establish and monitor product success measures, including adoption, active utilization, reliability, control effectiveness, time to onboard, developer productivity, customer value and unit economics
- Lead one or more product teams and influence matrixed partners across Engineering, Architecture, Design, Security, Compliance, Commercial and Customer organizations
- Create clear operating mechanisms for roadmap reviews, dependency management, release readiness, risk escalation and outcome measurement
