Job description
About us
NeedAWebNow is an Orlando-area digital marketing and web development agency. We build websites, custom web apps, and AI-driven automation for our clients — and increasingly, for our own internal operations too.
The role
We're looking for a developer who's comfortable across the full stack, and specifically has real experience working with AI agents and automation — not just using AI tools, but building and managing systems that run on them.
What we're looking for
- Experience with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS
- Real experience managing AI agent fleets / automations — building workflows, not just prompting a chatbot
- Front-end development experience
- Comfortable with project management — able to own a feature from spec to ship
- Entry-level welcome — we care more about real, demonstrable project experience than a degree or years on paper
How to apply
Send your resume, professional social links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio — if available), and a short paragraph on why you're the right fit to jobs@needawebnow.com.
No unsolicited third-party recruiters, agencies, or staffing proposals.
