Compensation

• Typical base: $185K to $260K
• 11 of 41 infra roles top out at $300K+
• Salary is on the request before your first call. Many roles include equity.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years running production infrastructure on AWS or GCP
• Kubernetes, and Terraform or other infrastructure as code
• You own reliability: observability, on-call, incident response and SLOs
• CI/CD and developer platforms that make small teams fast
• GPU clusters or model serving is a plus
• You live in or near NYC or SF and want hybrid or onsite

What you could work on

• Infrastructure for LLM inference and training, including GPU cost control
