Sr. GenAI Engineer

Duties

• Design, develop, and optimize large-scale AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and machine learning cloud services to support generative AI applications.
• Lead model training and evaluation efforts with a focus on natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments through model deployment strategies that ensure scalability and robustness.
• Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes using tools like R, SAS, and statistical analysis tools to validate model accuracy and performance.
• Develop innovative solutions leveraging big data systems such as Hadoop and Spark implementation for high-volume data mining and analytics.
• Explore emerging AI trends including quantum engineering and generative AI to enhance existing systems or create new capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine learning/AI-based analysis with a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies.
• Expertise in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, and other programming languages relevant to AI development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms for model training and deployment.
• Deep understanding of big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, SQL/SQL databases, and data analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as R or SAS for research-driven insights.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar for building scalable models.
• Experience with data mining techniques using tools like Talend or Looker to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Knowledge of database design principles combined with expertise in ETL processes for efficient data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams on complex projects involving scalable AI models, predictive analytics, and model evaluation strategies.
