Job description
About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist to support ElevenLabs' offline media and strategic marketing bets: from OOH billboards to niche sponsorships and experimental brand campaigns. You'll build the frameworks that tell us whether a channel with no click to track is actually working, partnering closely with Marketing and the Growth Data team.
- Design and run measurement for offline / out-of-home campaigns: geo holdout tests, matched-market tests, media mix modelling and incrementality studies.
- Partner directly with Marketing leadership on which niche channels, markets or formats to test next, and size the bet.
- Build models that combine offline spend data with digital and product signals into one coherent view of marketing effectiveness.
- Work alongside the Growth Data team's digital marketing data scientists to keep offline and online measurement consistent.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience measuring marketing effectiveness, ideally including offline, brand or hard-to-track channels (OOH, TV, podcast, sponsorship, events).
- Strong SQL and Python , with experience in causal inference, media mix modelling or incrementality testing.
- Comfort designing measurement without a clean click-level signal , and communicating uncertainty honestly.
- Strong stakeholder management with Marketing / Brand leadership, able to turn a strategic question into a testable plan.
- Structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity : this is a newer, less-defined function.
Bonus
- Experience specifically with OOH, billboard or experiential campaign measurement.
- Experience with media mix modelling tools or frameworks (Robyn, Recast, LightweightMMM or similar).
- Experience partnering with brand or creative teams on niche or unconventional marketing bets.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in CET / ET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin or New York.
