Job Title: Gen AI Engineer / Gen AI Developer on W2 only Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) Duration: 12+ months contract with Possible Extension Job Summary We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer / Developer with strong Python development skills to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI solutions, working with Agent SDKs, and Python-based applications. Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technology roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini.
- Experience with Agent SDKs and AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenRouter, or similar platforms.
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as LangChain.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise GenAI implementations.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS AI/ML services.
- Experience with AWS cloud services is preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
