Job description
AI Engineer, AdTech / OOH
Location: Remote / US , Europe or South America
Part-time: ~20+ hours/week
We’re looking for an AI Engineer with deep programmatic media and audience management expertise to help build AI-powered media planning and optimization tools.
Core Requirements
- Deep programmatic/DSP/SSP experience and strong understanding of how media plans are built.
- Audience management is non-negotiable: understands how audiences are built, segmented, activated, managed, and optimized across programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of media performance, targeting, optimization, and measurement.
- Hands-on engineering experience, ideally Python/FastAPI.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
- Comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
- Ability to translate real-world media workflows into automated AI systems.
Ideal candidate: Someone who genuinely understands programmatic media and audience platforms first, but can also build the AI/engineering layer around them.
Tech Stack
Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Google Cloud, Vertex AI, GitHub Actions, pytest.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
