Job description
Position: AI Lead Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+Months
- Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI applications.
- Define AI architecture, technical strategy, and best practices to build secure, reliable, and high-performance AI systems.
- Develop and implement LLM, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks to support enterprise use cases.
- Design and deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Lead end-to-end AI model development, integration, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning using MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with AI security, governance, data privacy, and responsible AI standards.
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
